By creating your user account on Jombone, you agree to give Jombone the permission to use your company name and logo for marketing purposes on Jombone website, marketing collaterals and Jombone social media accounts.
We may terminate or suspend access to our Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including, without limitation, ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity and limitations of liability.

Whether you use the Service as a prospective employee or a prospective employer, when you create your account, you will be asked to generate a username and password. Your username and password are personal to you and you should keep them safe and secure and not share them with anyone.
We will collect any Personal Information you provide to us by way of a question, comment or otherwise. Also, if an employer uses Jombone’s Time and Attendance feature, we will collect a location and/or photograph of you each time you punch in or out of your job.
Also, when you use the Service (including through your mobile device or computer), we collect technical information that is automatically recorded by the standard operation of our Internet servers. This information includes but is not limited to: the operating system you are using; IP addresses; browser type; the sections of the Service you visit; the Service pages read and images viewed; log information; time zone; unique application numbers or device identifiers and other diagnostic data.
This information may also be used for other purposes on an aggregate basis and in a de-identified form, including: (i) for Service and system administration; (ii) to improve the Service; (iii) to conduct internal reviews of the number of users to the Service; (iv) to help us better understand how users interact with the Service; (v) to respond to specific requests from users; and (vi) to protect the security or integrity of the Service when necessary.
When you use the Service, we may deploy a "cookie" to your browser or place it on the hard drive of your computer, which allows the Service to remember who you are. When you download and install the App onto your mobile device, we assign a random number to your App installation. This number cannot be used to identify you personally, and we cannot identify you personally unless you choose to become a registered user of the App. We use this random number in a manner similar to our use of cookies, as described above. Unlike cookies, however, the random number is assigned to your installation of the App itself and not to a browser, because the App does not work through your browser. Therefore the random number cannot be removed through the modification of any settings. If you do not want us to use the random number for those same purposes for which we use cookies, please do not use our mobile device App. Because some of the content on our mobile device App directs your mobile device to our website, you will be exposed to the cookies that we use and to third party cookies that may be contained in advertisements that we do not control. This includes some or all of the Personal Information you provide to us as well as your JScore, which is generated by Jombone and is based on the Personal Information you provide. In addition to the Personal Information you provide which may be disclosed to prospective employers, Jombone may from time to time disclose Personal Information about Users to third parties who provide services to Jombone ("Third Party Service Providers"). Such services may include banking services, criminal and background checks, credit checks, payroll distribution and SIN verification provided by government agencies. We will limit this disclosure to only the Personal Information that is reasonably necessary for the purpose or service for which the Third Party Service Provider is engaged. We will use contractual and other means to provide a comparable level of protection while the information is being processed by these Third Party Service Providers, including limiting such providers to using your Personal Information solely to provide Jombone with the specific service for which they were engaged, and for no other purpose.
Jombone may also disclose certain Personal Information you provide in order to respond to legal requirements, enforce our policies, respond to claims that content violates the rights of others, or protect anyone’s rights, property, or safety. Such information will be disclosed in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. We may also share your Personal Information with analytics providers that assist us to improve and optimize the Service.
We may also share your Personal Information with law enforcement, national security agencies or other governmental officials, as required or permitted by law, such as in response to a court order or a verified request relating to a criminal investigation or alleged illegal activity.
